Over the weekend I posted a black and white photo of the pedestrian bridge and low-water dam that span the Arkansas River just north of 31st and Riverside in Tulsa. Here is another angle on the low-water dam. This is in color but there is little difference except for the blue tint of the sky reflected in the water.
