Ruba have recently launched a blogger badge challenge to help them plant trees and offset some of the environmental impact of travel. Ruba has partnered with Trees for the Future to plant all the trees which are planted through this challenge. They'll plant these trees on the 40th Anniversary of EARTH DAY! So we have until 22nd April 2010 to make sure all the trees are planted.
Here's how it works: below you will see an example of the Ruba badge with the figure '1' in the center. This signifies that Ruba will be planting '1' tree because of this post on this blog. On top of that, they'll also plant a tree for everyone who sees this badge and clicks on it to get their own for their blog!
