Virginia Sunbathing

I've been trying to get a little colour while here in Virginia. I've been outdoors quite a lot, the sun has been blazing, temperatures high, yet I've hardly tanned reddened at all! I've learned how to protect myself from the sun far too well, and my skin has barely changed in whiteness, only when I compare my arm to my stomach do I feel like I'm entering a 'healthy colour'. I mean just look at that arm, how white is that! Just look at that belly, how white is that!

The top photo was taken a few days ago at Great Falls park in Virginia by my friend whom I'm staying with. She's a keen photographer and a dab hand at editing photos, you can hardly see the chin and armpit hair now!

But I am getting a little fed up of this colour and so today I ventured outside for 20 minutes without anything on at all!

I meant no sunscreen of course.
